Joseph Floriani, Esq. is a Director of The Mara Group. Joe consults attorneys of all levels in a broad range of practice areas throughout the country, with a particular focus on the corporate, litigation, and antitrust markets.
Prior to joining The Mara Group, Joe clerked for the Hon. William C. Conner (SDNY) and practiced as a corporate litigator for five years in the New York offices of Clifford Chance and White & Case. Following his career as a litigator, Joe moved to the business side, working as a Director of Industry Relations at a leading multi-national corporation that provides information technology systems solutions to companies in the legal, accounting, government, and academic industries.
Joe earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Fordham Law Review. He earned his B.A., cum laude, in English (with Honors) from Georgetown University where during his junior year abroad he studied Literature and Literary Theory at Oxford University (Mansfield College).
Joe resides in New Jersey with his family. In his free time he enjoys mystery fiction, red wine, and tabletop shuffleboard.
