Prior to his career in legal search, Marc practiced corporate law at Latham & Watkins LLP, specializing in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, mergers and acquisitions, finance and public company representation. His legal experience at Latham & Watkins combined with his practical experience as one of the country’s most successful recruiters enables Marc to effectively advocate for his clients and candidates alike.
Marc received his J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law where he was a Robert McKay Scholar and a member of the Environmental Law Journal. Marc earned his B.S., with honors, in Management Science and Information Systems from Rutgers School of Business.
