Nicole Rogers, Esq. is a Director of The Mara Group. Nicole works with the most prestigious law firms and companies in the country helping them identify and hire top legal talent.

Prior to joining The Mara Group, Nicole practiced for six years as a litigator with various firms in Connecticut and New York and was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine.

Nicole received her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Hofstra University School of Law, where she was an editor of the Hofstra Law Review. She received her B.A. in political science, magna cum laude, with a minor in Sociology, from Providence College.

Nicole resides in Massapequa, New York with her husband, and in her spare time, enjoys running, golfing, skiing and the beach.
